Plumbing inspectors are responsible for detecting leaks, cracks, and other defects in pipes used for heating and cooling systems and fixtures. Commercial building inspectors are responsible for inspecting structures like warehouses, offices, industrial plants, office buildings, restaurants, stadiums, shopping malls, and hotels.
A commercial building inspection is conducted by someone who has been trained and certified by the state’s department of building Inspection to conduct the inspection. Commercial building inspectors will have completed the necessary training to administer inspections. Once licensed, these inspectors must complete a specific number of continuing education hours every year to maintain their license.

The third type of commercial building inspection is plumbing inspection. In this inspection, the inspector will examine the plumbing components of the commercial property. This includes a thorough inspection of the pipes, fixtures, and equipment in the commercial property. This type of inspection aims to find out if there are any leaks or damages to the plumbing system that could affect the proper functioning of the system.
The fourth type of home or property inspection is structural inspection. In this category, the inspectors will look for problems with the internal support of the building. It also includes an inspection of the roof, walls, windows, doors, ceilings, floors, and other components. This category includes problems that often cause collapse, such as the foundation.
The inspectors may also choose to check the five major systems found in commercial buildings. These include water supply, wastewater drainage, electricity, natural gas, and air conditioning. The inspectors will examine these components in detail.
